Owner Molly Bray has created a warm, family-friendly atmosphere in her Bennett Valley location, offering delectable baked goods, breads, and desserts.
While Molly’s love of baking was fostered in her teenage years, her academic studies lead her to nursing. After several years in the field, her passion for baking beckoned and she honed her craft in culinary schools and a local bakery. When the Yulupa space became available, voilà, Molly's Bakery was born!
The bakery offers a tantalizing array of daily baked morning pastries, decorated cookies, seasonal treats, excellent coffee drinks (ahem) and features fresh Cousteaux breads. Custom cakes are also available for special occasions. Molly gives you reasons to keep coming back during the day with hearty offerings like breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos and and paninis with side salads.
