What is your favorite part about working in coffee?

I really enjoy the ritual of making coffee, and being a part of my regulars' day that they really look forward too. There is always something new to learn in coffee too.

What do you like to do on your days off?

I’ve been in a real big movie mode lately, but I love to read and go camping. Video games are always an option too.

Favorite place in Sonoma County? Or, have you had the chance to explore Marin much?

I just moved to Petaluma this year and am really enjoying the downtown scene there. When I am in Sebastopol I love to go to my favorite brewery Warped, in the Barlow. In San Rafael, if I’m not at work, I’m probably at Double Rainbow having a scoop of ice cream with my lunch.

Hobbies:

Fart jokes (very avant garde), video games, coffee, craft beer, cooking, debating the 'who would win?' in a fight, contemplating wild Game of Thrones theories, growing beards.

What superhero would you be, and why?

Superman. (I know, lame!) But he’s the original and he can fly.

Star Trek. Sisko was the best captain.
